Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process. We process this data for the purpose of making an appointment / booking. In addition, we need this data for the flight execution; to know who we have on board our helicopter.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at jwprince@prince-helicopters.nl and we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Prince Helicopters processes your personal data for the following purposes:

– Online Booking System: We use this system to give passengers the opportunity to make a booking themselves. Payment is made via Ideal or the PIN.
How long we store personal data
We keep passengers and booking data up to 3 months after the flight has been completed. We keep this data for our administration until this time. This data will only be used to contact us for the flight execution or settlement of any payments.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Prince Helicopters only provides to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Prince Helicopters only uses Google Analytics for the use and findability of our website.
View, modify or delete data
